Iowa State Fair
The internationally-acclaimed Iowa State Fair is the single largest event in the state of Iowa and one of the oldest and largest agricultural and industrial expositions in the country. National Balloon Classic – Indianola, Iowa
Every year, the city of Indianola holds the National Balloon Classic, where ballooners from all around the United States come to fly their Hot Air Balloons and visit the National Balloon Museum/Ballooning Hall of Fame. This event is usually held annually during the last week of July.
